Job summary

A community support organization in Singapore seeks an Admin Officer to handle management tasks including reception duties, maintain records, and support events. The ideal candidate is a team player with relevant administrative experience, strong communication, and Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of HR Information System is a plus. Responsibilities

  • Handle administration including reception duties.
  • Maintain postage, staff uniform, and inventories.
  • Acknowledge donations and assist in banking-in.
  • Data entry of donations to DMS Lite.
  • Submit annual donation records to IRAS.
  • Collect fees and track outstanding payments.
  • Support committee meetings and events.
  • Oversee administration of employee leave.

Job description
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Handle the administration of Singapore Cheshire Home including reception duties.
  • Maintain postage, staff uniform and inventories up to date and current.
  • Routine acknowledgement of donations in cash and in kind. Assist in weekly banking-in.
  • Data entry of donations to DMS Lite and filing.
  • Annual submission of donation record to IRAS.
  • Assist in the collection of fees and highlight cases with outstanding payments for Residents, Day Care, andRespite services.
  • Support and co-ordinate committee meetings, assist in Singapore Cheshire Home’s events such as fund raising, Founder’s Day celebration and many other activities.
  • Support the HR & Admin Manager to oversee the administration of employees leave and database maintenance.
  • Any other ad hoc duties required by the Chief Executive Officer
Job requirement:
  • Relevant experience in administration with post-secondary education or diploma/degree.
  • A team player with effective communication skills.
  • Microsoft office skills, good organization and time management skills
  • Able to handle HR Information System (WhyzeHR) is an added advantage
