Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Cyber Security Operations (Main Role)

• Monitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats across systems and networks.
• Project Lead for security solutions’ implementation and operation (PAM, AV and etc)
• Experience with ISO27001:2022 (ISMS) and conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external security standards
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage data protection and privacy obligations (PDPA)
• Investigate and document security breaches, and coordinate incident response efforts
• Administrator for Microsoft 365 and the security solutions within the organization

IT Infrastructure Management (Secondary Backup Role)

• Maintain and optimize servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud environments.
• Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, patch management, and system migrations.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure roles.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and tools (e.g., SIEM, endpoint protection).
• Preferably with certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+.
• Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud services (e.g. Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
