Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Leasing
  • Manage lease renewals and support retail store expansion plans, including securing new lease agreements.
  • Assist in lease negotiations by conducting data analysis, coordinating site viewings, and preparing relevant documentation.
  • Support and coordinate feasibility studies while handling lease-related administrative tasks.
  • Oversee end-to-end lease administration, including data entry, tenancy record maintenance, payment processing, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage façade signage matters and ensure timely execution of rental renewal processes.
  • Act as a key liaison between retail teams and landlords to resolve operational issues (e.g., water leakage, facilities-related concerns).
  • Stay updated on market trends and developments within the Singapore shopping mall landscape.
Administrative
  • Prepare, update, and maintain leasing and administrative reports for both retail stores and roadshows.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and effective management of shared filing systems within the department.
  • Liaise closely with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, and Legal teams.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and value of retail store and roadshow promotions through productivity and performance analysis.
  • Manage all paperwork and administrative processes related to Popular’s roadshows.
  • Provide operational support for retail events and activities as required.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Job Requirements:
