ABeauty Consultantis responsible for providing expert advice on beauty products, skincare, makeup, and fragrances to customers. They help clients choose the right products based on their needs and preferences while ensuring excellent customer service. Their goal is to enhance the customer's shopping experience and boost sales for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service & SalesGreet customers and assess their beauty needs.
   Recommend suitable products based on skin type, tone, and preferences.
   Demonstrate makeup and skincare application techniques.
   Assist in achieving sales targets and promotions.
   
2. Product Knowledge & DemonstrationStay updated on the latest beauty trends and product launches.
   Educate customers on product benefits and usage.
   Conduct in-store product demonstrations and mini-makeovers.
   
3. Store Maintenance & MerchandisingMaintain an organized and visually appealing beauty section.
   Ensure product displays are clean and well-stocked.
   Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
   
4. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term customer relationships.
   Provide follow-up consultations and recommend repurchases.
   Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
   

Job Requirements:

1. Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent (a diploma in cosmetology or beauty-related fields is a plus).
   Previous experience in retail, beauty consulting, or cosmetics sales is preferred.
