Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in Cost Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in maintenance, EMS, or project works preferred.
• Oil & gas or petrochemical industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender pricing.
• Perform quantity take-offs based on drawings and site information.
• Support tender submissions, term contracts, and quotation preparation.
• Issue RFQs and evaluate subcontractor quotations.
• Track awarded jobs, POs, and project progress.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Verify subcontractor work progress and certify claims.
• Maintain proper documentation and cost records.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Attend site walks for measurement and VO verification.

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:15pm
