Job description

We are seeking a System Engineer to join our team and be a key player in supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure systems to ensure stable, secure, and high‑availability operations, wherein it involves monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and meeting service level requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, and support hardware, software, and network systems across the project lifecycle.
• Monitor system performance, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Ensure system availability and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including standby/on‑call support when required.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and resolve system, network, and infrastructure issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and operational reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Unix/Linux OS, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V), and enterprise hardware including servers, SAN, and NAS.
• Knowledge of network technologies such as VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches, with experience in system, OS, and network hardening and patch management.
• Solid understanding of core IT infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, mail services, databases, and web/application servers.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or collaboratively with strong interpersonal skills.
