Job summary

A leading parking management company in Singapore is seeking a professional to oversee daily operations and maintenance of car parks. Responsibilities include client relationship management, conducting audits, and troubleshooting system issues. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, basic Microsoft Office skills, and good leadership qualities. Own transport is required. This role offers an opportunity to lead teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 'O' & 'N' Levels or equivalent required.
  • At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary.
  • Good leadership qualities are essential.
  • Must possess own mode of transport (motorcycle).

Responsibilities

  • Daily checking and maintenance of car parks.
