Morgan McKinley is hiring a Senior Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure for our client — a well‑established security solutions provider recognized for delivering secure, reliable, and cutting‑edge systems.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and review SLA compliance, managing Day 1 and Day 2 activities; experienced in tracking and performance management.
  • Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders to define, maintain, and review SLAs; act as liaison between teams and clients.
  • Develop and implement ITIL‑based service management practices.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Infrastructure, Engineering, and Applications teams to meet service level objectives, leveraging VMware, CCNA, AWS, Terraform, and software development skills.
  • Provide 24/7 on‑call support for systems and networks, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
  • Manage Severity 1 incidents, report to stakeholders, and align with customer expectations.
  • Oversee post‑delivery activities, including support contracts, asset inventory, maintenance, and reporting.
  • Prepare monthly SLA summaries, maintain documentation, and ensure service efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3‑5 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure and Cloud, with a strong focus on managing Day 1 and Day 2.
  • Proven expertise in tracking and managing SLA performance to ensure service excellence.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT Infrastructure, including Servers, Operating Systems, Networks, Virtualization (e.g., VMware), Cloud platforms (AWS, Terraform), Storage, and Backup solutions.
  • Skilled in working with cloud‑based applications, and hands‑on experience in cloud environments.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, AWS, Terraform, and VMware, with additional experience in Application/Software Development being an added advantage.
