- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Support month-end closing and audits
- Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding billing issues
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates may also be considered)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a marine or logistics-related industry is an advantage
