Job description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Arrange appointments and engage with new clients to identify trade routes and offer freight solutions.
  • Deliver daily face-to-face sales presentations.
  • Research and cold-call potential customers to identify and qualify leads.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updated freight pricing and explore new trade routes.
  • Offer prompt quotations to customers.
  • Prepare and report on sales pipeline and expenses weekly to the managing director.
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure cargo safety and accurate billing.
