Key responsibilities include:
- Arrange appointments and engage with new clients to identify trade routes and offer freight solutions.
- Deliver daily face-to-face sales presentations.
- Research and cold-call potential customers to identify and qualify leads.
- Communicate with clients to provide updated freight pricing and explore new trade routes.
- Offer prompt quotations to customers.
- Prepare and report on sales pipeline and expenses weekly to the managing director.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure cargo safety and accurate billing.
