Our client is a leading manufacturer and provider of quality wet wipes and hygiene solutions in Singapore. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team.

Job Description
  • Assist in the conceptualisation and implementation of marketing plans.
  • Oversee the development of all marketing collaterals.
  • Create content and manage social media accounts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
  • Contribute ideas and assist in the planning of overall marketing plan.
  • Execute, coordinate, and track promotional activities, events, campaigns and public relations activities.
  • Manage advertisements including but not limited to out of home, social media and broadcast.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers and thought leaders to ensure selected profiles match our brand.
  • Manage influencers to ensure they meet the set requirements, expectations, and deadlines.
  • Conceptualise and at times design marketing collaterals.
  • Work closely with in-house designers or external agencies and monitor development of collaterals.
  • Write and proofread all marketing materials including but not limited to EDM, flyer/ brochure, press release and for website.
  • Plan social media content.
  • Manage social media accounts and where necessary, even outside working hours.
  • Liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • External stakeholders include but not limited to local and overseas vendors, partners, sponsors, agencies.
  • Internal stakeholders include but not limited to supporting our sales team and working with logistics team to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Source and secure sponsorships.
  • Conduct competition research and market analysis.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.
  • Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary.
Job Requirements
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in the Marketing or its equivalent. Experience in a similar or related industry will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Possess good copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Highly organised and able to handle multiple challenging deadlines.
  • Has a keen attention to details.
  • Has strong work ethics and the desire to learn and develop skills to improve your work performance.
Working Hours
  • Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:45pm.
  • Saturday: 8:30am - 2:30pm (1 Saturday Shift Every 4 Weeks), WFH.
