Job description

• Manage import and export shipments efficiently, including preparation of HAWB, MAWB, billing, and sending pre-alerts.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, B/L, AWB, L/C, and other related paperwork.
• Coordinate logistics with customers, shipping agents, subcontractors, port authorities, and trucking companies.
• Monitor and manage daily export schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and update customer contact information to support effective communication.
• Drive process improvements to enhance freight handling efficiency and compliance.
• Respond to both local and overseas customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Complete profit and loss (P/L) reports within set deadlines.
• Handle basic warehouse duties including receiving, releasing, and labeling goods.
• Comply with internal SOPs and customer-specific requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, particularly for air freight-related matters.
• Submit timely and accurate declarations to carriers or co-loaders.
• Assist with any other duties as assigned by the management team.
