A local firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide comprehensive support. Responsibilities include managing documents, performing proofreading, and tracking deadlines. Successful candidates will have prior secretarial experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong interpersonal skills. Our client is a local firm in Singapore.
Location: West Region of Singapore
Document Management: Organize and file documents, emails, and correspondence systematically according to subject matter.
Document Processing: Perform basic proofreading, tagging, formatting, and creation/editing of PDF documents.
Deadline Tracking: Monitor and track important deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Records and Database Management: Maintain and track records and databases accurately.
PA and Administrative Support: Provide personal assistant and administrative support to Heads of Departments, including efficient diary management.
Administrative and Financial Handling: Manage administrative and financial matters, including verifying invoices and raising payment requests.
Prior secretarial or executive experience in a law firm is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with individuals across divisions and organizations.
Meticulous, well-organized, and resourceful.
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
