A prominent international law firm in Singapore seeks a Legal Secretary to provide secretarial and administrative support to multiple lawyers. The Legal Secretary provides primarily secretarial and administrative support to 4 to 5 lawyers in an international law firm. The work involves effective multi-tasking, managing instructions from multiple sources and everyday office tasks. The role requires a high degree of organisation and meticulousness. They must also be well-versed in legal technologies (e.g., practice management systems) and office productivity tools (e.g., word-processing, presentation, and database software) which are regularly used in the course of their work.
