Job summary
A leading architecture firm in Singapore is seeking an Architect / Senior Architect to oversee construction processes and manage multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects, with a strong portfolio and excellent communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dedicated team and contribute to the creation of beautiful spaces.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Singapore.
- Experience in high-end residential houses and hospitality projects.
- Experienced in contract administration and Singapore building codes and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with a team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction process and ensure that project is on schedule.
- Prepare design drawings, tender drawings, and specifications.
- Manage a remote drafting team and architectural executives.
- Conduct site meetings and site walks for projects under construction.

We are looking for an Architect / Senior Architect to be a key part of our team, who will be responsible for implementing our projects on site.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about both architecture and interior design, have a strong portfolio in high-end residential projects and hotels at both design and construction stage, and is able to build a rapport with Clients, Consultants and Contractors.
- Oversee the construction process and ensure that project is on schedule and design intent is implemented.
- Prepare design drawings, tender drawings, specifications, contract drawings and working drawings for coordination with Clients, Consultants and Contractors.
- Manage a remote drafting team, architectural executives, and interior designers.
- Build rapport with Clients, Contractors and Consultants.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines.
- Conduct site meetings, site walks for projects under construction.
- Assist QP with contract administration.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Singapore.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree / Masters in Architecture.
- Experience in high-end residential houses and hospitality projects.
- Experienced in contract administration and Singapore building codes and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with a team.
- Proficient with architectural detailing and delight in crafting beautiful spaces.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, VRay / Enscape.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Familiarity with submission process would be a bonus.
