A leading oil and gas firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to manage a team of Customer Service Officers. The role involves overseeing service excellence, handling client complaints, and ensuring effective communication within the team. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be proficient in MS Office. - Minimum 2–3 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Responsible, enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to lead a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsabilités
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Service Officers.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and promote company’s products.
- Manage escalated client complaints professionally.
