We are seeking a highly motivated, data-driven and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our channel marketing efforts across multiple marketplaces in North America and Asia. Working in partnership with the Books global marketing team, you will help develop and execute the marketing strategy for Books across our major marketing channels, measure their effectiveness and use the data to improve channel effectiveness and efficiency.
A successful candidate in this role will be able to exercise the analytical and creative sides of marketing, operate independently even in ambiguous situations, and work well with a diverse set of stakeholders. The role requires excellent written and oral communication skills, as the candidate should be able to negotiate and influence priorities with multiple partners and stakeholders, and handle communications with senior management independently. This role is suited for candidates with prior experience in marketing roles, preferably with online or digital businesses. Experience in analyzing large datasets in Excel, and the ability to quickly build expertise in in-house tools will be necessary.
