- Position: Senior Software Developer / Team Lead - Web

Job Description
- Tech Architecture: Develop and implement high-level architectural designs in line with organizational goals, leading to robust, scalable, and maintainable technology solutions.
- Team Management: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Roadmap and Sprint Planning: Facilitate planning and execution of backend development sprints in an Agile environment.
- DevOps: Use CI/CD pipelines, database systems, alerts, and monitoring tools.
- Code Guidelines and Reviews: Establish coding standards and conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality, secure applications.
- Security Audit and Implementation: Conduct security audits and oversee implementation of security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation for system architectures, processes, and codebases.
Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience with Python, PHP, and JavaScript.
- Expertise in other programming languages like Java is preferred.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React.js.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP) is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strategic thinker with a vision for technical innovation and growth.
- Experience with CI/CD processes.
