Qualifications

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of mechanisms of MEMS devices.
• Basic understanding of ASIC design.
• Knowledge of MEMS fabrication processes.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Technical support: Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, answering questions, offering solutions, and troubleshooting issues;
• Product promotion: Master all designs of MEMS and ASIC, provide product solution with different chip performance;
• Customer requirements: Translate customer needs and pain points to internal engineering teams to enhance future product development;
• Problem Solving: Handle first-level technical issues (FA/debug) and coordinate with internal engineers (MEMS, ASIC, system) for complex resolutions,
• Documentation: Create technical documents, application notes, and presentations to support customer understanding.

Requirement

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Electronics /Physics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Deep understand of mechanisms of MEMS devices
• Have a basic understanding of ASIC design
• Knowledge of MEMS fabrication processes
• Good analytical and problem solving skill
• Good communication skill in English and Chinese to liaise with our HQ counterpart in China
