Job summary
A technology solutions provider located in Singapore is seeking a technical expert to lead the implementation and integration of IT monitoring software solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in IT post-sales roles and possess strong knowledge of networking and operating systems. You will work closely with customers, assist technical teams, and develop best practices. This role also requires good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in IT technical post-sales, implementation, or systems engineering.
- Must be interested in customer support and engagement.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead post-sale implementation and integration of IT monitoring software solutions.
- Work with customers to understand their infrastructure and tailor deployments.
- Assist in onboarding and training customer technical teams.
