Our Client is looking for Corporate Support Executive to join the team to provide support to the office admin department.

• Provide support in the finance department such as manage petty cash, prepare documents for audits, invoice tracking and etc.
• Support in daily HR tasks such as staff travel arrangement, new employee onboarding and staff training arrangements
• Set up IT equipment for new employees
• Coordinate with IT support on domain, website, and general IT matters
• Ensure office supplies are adequate and communicate with vendors when necessary
• Organise meetings and company events

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to commit to the 3 months contract fully
