Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Management of Telco projects are adherence to Project Management Methodology (PMM) that covers Initiation, Define, Organize & Plan, Implement & Control and Handover/Closure.
• Manage change to project scope and schedule to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Document risk and issue, and escalation to relevant stakeholders for prompt resolution.
• Provide regular progress updates to customers, ensuring alignment.
• Ensure projects are completed to the high quality with customer satisfaction.
• Provide Project Completion Handover Documentation to Customer.
• Facilitate project handover to maintenance team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline; IT-related fields preferred.
• IT experience in a multi-disciplinary environment (e.g. Data Centre Operations, Network, Storage, Server, Middleware, Cloud, Cyber Security) in a customer fronting role.
• Minimum 1 year experience in project management or IT infrastructure environment
