Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field;
• Experience in UAT testing for Loan Origination Systems, including parameter setup and workflow validation;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask effectively;
• Proficiency in Python programming;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Desired Skill-set

• Experience with FICO Blaze Advisor Rule Management System or Accelq automation testing tools;
• Familiarity with credit risk rules or banking workflow processes;
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments and willingness to take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on Loan Origination System projects, especially in configuring credit rules and preparing test pools for unit testing;
• Support and attend to user and IT inquiries related to credit rule configuration during UAT;
• Assist in configuring an in-house batch testing tool for UAT execution;
• Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure timely project milestones and deliverables;
• Manage, track, and follow up on UAT defects to ensure prompt resolution and clear communication;
• Proficiency in Chinese and/or Cantonese to collaborate with regional teams in Greater China;
• Ensure project documentation and reports are updated accurately (Excel/PowerPoint).
