Job summary
A staffing solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Data Management Specialist to maintain and enhance static data related to customers and products. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and have over 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy in data management and providing necessary statistics for regulatory reporting. Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this position.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in data management.
- Strong ability to review processes for efficiency.
- Learns fast and accurate in work.
Responsibilities
- Maintain static data for customers and products.
- Provide statistics for regulatory reporting.
- Liaise with IT for system specifications.
- Provide statistics for client account for regulatory/tax reporting.
- Check daily static data audit trail, perform account reviews on existing accounts.
- Liaise with IT and consultants on system specifications.
Skills
Education
- Maintain static data such as Customer, Product (e.g. Security, bond, etc), currency, interest rate
- Responsible for the accurate and timely creation and maintenance of static data.
- To review current processing flow, improve efficiency and tighten control environment.
- Provide statistics for client account for regulatory/tax reporting as and when required.
- Check daily static data audit trail, perform account reviews on existing accounts.
- Liaise with IT and consultants on system specifications for new business needs, new regulatory requirements and changes to operational procedures.
- Bachelor degree
- 3 years and above of relevant experience
- Able to work independently, have good communication skills & a positive mind‑set
- Good in communication, learns fast & accurate in work
