Job Title: System Analyst (Banking/Java Spring Boot Microservices)

Job Brief: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Application Architect with a strong background in Spring Boot Microservices to join our team for Banking Product Design and Development.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing solutions and translating business requirements from Functional Business Analyst into actionable tasks for developers. You will be responsible for creating robust, scalable, and secure solutions, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your role will involve providing technical leadership, mentoring team members, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. While you will work with both front-end and back-end technologies, there will be a strong emphasis on front-end development.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for various applications, including Lowlevel designs based in FBA Specs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end websites and mobile apps, to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and their integration with backend services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and architects.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in agile development processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation.
• Ensure the security and integrity of applications.
• Implement automated testing and continuous integration.
• Collaborate with product managers to define project requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks for developers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience or related field.
• Minimum:
  • ·At least 5-10 year ofexperience in driving technical / system requirements lifecycle - From abstractproduct vision all the way to detailed system / technical requirements
  • ·Strong business andtechnology knowledge on Consumer banking products and services such as Retailand consumer Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, ATM and Payment systems, Internet andMobile Banking.
  • ·Able to verify that theuser requirements are achievable and support business users during UAT andpost-implementation phases.
  • · Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues. Work withSolution Architects and system teams to produce high quality deliverables.
• Overall12- 15 years of experience in software development/Design
• Strong background in Spring Boot Microservices.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservicesarchitecture.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such asJSON Web Token.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translatethem into technical requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Strong understanding of web development best practices.
