Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain static data such as Customer, Product (e.g. Security, bond, etc), currency, interest rate
• Responsible for the accurate and timely creation and maintenance of static data.
• To review current processing flow, improve efficiency and tighten control environment.
• Provide statistics for client account for regulatory/tax reporting as and when required.
• Check daily static data audit trail, perform account reviews on existing accounts.
• Liaise with IT and consultants on system specifications for new business needs, new regulatory requirements and changes to operational procedures.
