Programme Executive/Coordinator
The Programme Executive/Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Association, including administrative tasks, programmes, tech support, and special activities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate events and activities led by the EXCO, Boards, or Sub-Committees.
- Maintain records of events and activities (e.g., financial statements, final reports).
- Review and update programme management SOPs.
- Support with advertisement processing and CPD course applications.
- Create marketing visuals for event promotion.
- Provide basic IT support for Secretariat operations.
- Update digital content (announcements, webpages) on WordPress.
- Attend meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Assist with daily operations of the Secretariat.
- Take on other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in relevant fields (e.g., Social Services, Business Admin).
- Experience in project management, business development, or stakeholder management.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Able to multitask and manage tight deadlines.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Team player and able to work independently. Able to work evenings and Saturdays, if required.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Canva, email platforms, WordPress, and basic photo/video editing.
- Social service experience is a plus.
