Responsibilities

• Lead financial and operational responsibilities for MHV funds and the management company.
• Collaborate closely with Investment and Investor Relations teams.
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, performance tracking, and investor queries.
• Ensure timely regulatory and tax filings and compliance with authorities.
• Strengthen internal financial controls, streamline processes, and enhance compliance.
• Track portfolio investment schedule and prepare quarterly valuation updates.
