Qualifications

  • Excellent academic background preferably with a professional qualification in finance/accounting/CFA/FRM.
  • Good understanding of corporate finance.
  • Strong capability to manage multiple projects.
  • High proficiency in both verbal and written English is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Work on sell-side, buy-side and capital raising deals.
  • Provide Independent Financial Advisory Opinions in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Produce and analyze financial models and assess commercial data.
  • Support business development initiatives, preparing proposals and conducting market research.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
