We're now expanding our marketing team — and we’re looking for a proactive Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You’ll play a crucial role in building up HeyMax content, driving organic engagement, and ensuring our marketing operations run smoothly. Acquisition & Reach

• Own the social media growth engine end-to-end — from ideation to publishing and analytics; lead content strategy, social posting cadence, and real-time trend activation. You will own HeyMax’s brand presence across social platforms, managing our content pillars, tone, and communication direction. This includes ideating and scripting content, and using AI-powered tools to scale production. You’ll turn industry trends, loyalty hacks, and user insights into digestible, engaging content that positions HeyMax as the go‑to authority in rewards and smart travel.
• Lead partner co-marketing activation alongside BD: In collaboration with the BD team, you will bring merchant partnerships to life through compelling marketing moments — from launch messaging to social posts, landing pages, email features, and co-marketing kits. You will make every partner launch feel meaningful to users and maximize reach across channels.
• Own marketing comms strategy, you will oversee the messaging across our website, product education content, and blog/editorial output. Working closely with product and operations, you will translate complex reward concepts into simple, compelling, user-friendly language. You’ll ensure our educational content builds trust and confidence in every stage of the loyalty journey.
• Plan and execute full-funnel integrated campaigns: launch hooks, content waves, landing pages, tracking, measurement, and iteration across paid + organic channel.

• Lead and mentor marketer intern / junior marketer; set weekly goals, review deliverables, coach on brand voice + execution quality, and build a culture of speed + learning
