Ark Media Productions is a Singapore-based media and event production company delivering live events, corporate shows, brand activations, and digital productions. We are seeking a Producer Intern who is highly organized, resilient, and ready to support real productions in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

This role is designed for individuals who want hands‑on producing experience, not just observation. You will work closely with producers and project leads across pre‑production, on‑site execution, and post‑production phases.

What You’ll Learn
  • End‑to‑end exposure to event and media production workflows

  • How producers manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders

  • Pre‑production planning, show flow, and on‑site coordination

  • Client servicing fundamentals and internal team communication

  • Decision‑making and problem‑solving under tight deadlines

Who We’re Looking For
  • Preferably pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma (Media, Film, Communications, Events, Production Management, or related fields)

  • Comfortable communicating with clients, crew, vendors, and internal teams

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Able to work under pressure with fast turnarounds

  • Independent, proactive, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision

  • Highly reliable & accountable – punctuality and clear communication are essential

This role involves real production responsibility. Long hours and sudden changes may occur during event periods. This position is best suited for individuals who thrive in dynamic, demanding environments.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Assist producers with pre‑production planning and coordination

  • Support scheduling, crew coordination, and logistics tracking

  • Assist on‑site during events with show execution and operations

  • Liaise with internal teams, freelancers, and vendors where required

  • Help manage production documents, run sheets, and timelines

  • Provide post‑production support such as reporting and documentation

Details
  • Work schedule:

    • 5.5‑day work week

    • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    • Additional hours may be required during event periods

    • Off days or rest time will be compensated when longer hours are worked

  • Duration: 1 year

  • Work location: In person (office, venues, and event sites)

Incentives : Sign‑on incentive of S$5,000 – For Singapore Citizens who are fresh ITE full‑time/traineeship graduates from relevant feeder courses and within three years of graduation or Operationally Ready Date. CPF Ordinary Account Top Up of S$10,000 – Be a Singaporean ITE graduate, aged 30 and below, who pursue a diploma qualification issued by an MOE‑funded institution from 2024.
