Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an HR Support Coordinator for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will assist HR Business Partners with daily operations, coordinate interviews, and manage admin tasks such as invoicing and maintaining documentation. Applicants should hold a diploma and have at least one year of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, along with creative skills in Canva for HR announcements. This position offers a basic salary of $2200 - $2900 and is located at One-North, Solaris.

Job Summary:
  • Basic Salary: $2200 - $2900
  • Location: One-North, Solaris
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday (Office hours)
  • 6 months contract (Only commence on/after 4 February 2026)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to HR Business Partners in the day-to-day operations.
  • Assist and coordinate interviews arrangement.
  • Organise and schedule meetings/appointments for reporting officers.
  • Recruitment for Intern/Temp Staff and support on-boarding & off-boarding processes.
  • Process invoices.
  • Maintain proper HR documentation.
  • Draft weekly new hire welcome note for HR.
  • Maintain a proper filling system and documentation, and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Assist in Orientation and Employee Lifecycle events.
  • Any other HR related admin and project works.
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in coordinating interviews / raising invoices / other admin work.
  • Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
  • Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.
  • IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle data and reports.
  • Able to use Canva to design ad-hoc HR announcements.
