Welcome to our fresh market restaurant. Just like a lively market – for more than 40 years: we chop fresh seasonal and local ingredients by hand and cook live for our guests, who can choose whatever they feel like to eat. Guests in eight countries on two continents love this relaxed market atmosphere. On highways, in airports, at zoos and at city centre locations, we provide healthy food on the go.
We are looking for Service Crew to join our Market Restaurants at:
- 313 Somerset
- VivoCity
- Suntec City
- Greeting guests, distributing and explaining guest cards & lunch menu
- Taking phone reservations
- Clearing of plates & replenishing cutlery
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards of restaurant
- Any other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager
- 5 days work week including weekends
- Rotating shifts
- Meal Allowance
- Laundry Allowance
- Split Shift Allowance
- Off in lieu for working on a Public Holiday
- Transport provided for closing shifts
- Performance Allowance
- 50% staff discount for dining in the restaurant (after probationary period)

- Responsible for food preparation and cooking in accordance with the daily operations.
- Taking guest orders and present the food.
- Maintain quality and standard of the food.
- Keeping the kitchen and equipment clean.
- No experience is also welcome as training is provided.
- Any other duties as assigned by the food manager.
- 5 days work week including weekend (44 hours rotating shift in between 7am to 12 midnight, transport provided)
