Government Research Field Operations Executive - Central - Office Hours

Our client is one of the top Market Research companies that work with government sectors.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily fieldwork operations, including workload planning, shift scheduling, and progress monitoring to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
• Conduct project briefings and provide ongoing supervision to interviewers, ensuring adherence to project requirements and quotas.
• Handle stakeholder coordination with internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and proper documentation of project matters.
• Recruit, train, and develop a pool of freelance interviewers through classroom training, on‑job coaching, and on‑site observations.
• Motivate and engage interviewers to uphold strong performance standards and deliver high‑quality data.
• Ensure compliance with established SOPs and fieldwork protocols to maintain data accuracy, quality, and integrity.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of data collection.

Salary & Details

• Basic Salary: $3,300 - $4,300
• Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 6pm
• Annual Leave: 18 AL & 14 MC
• Medical Coverage: Included
• Contract: 1 year direct contract (Renewable & Convertible to Permanent)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Experience in market research operations, project management, or supervisory role (preferred)
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Experience in people management and coaching
• Strong numeracy skills with an eye for detail
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Independent and adaptable in a fast‑changing environment
