Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and monthly retail sales targets by managing the retail sales channel.
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its growing presence.
  • Conduct sales training sessions for dealer's sales teams, covering company retail business processes, daily sales operations, and customer management.
  • Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the dealer's network to assign tasks to sales and marketing executives.
  • Handle all administrative issues and track overall individual and team sales.
  • Collaborate with other functional groups, including Marketing, Accounts, Logistics & Operations, and HR, to accomplish assigned tasks.
  • Prepare monthly sales, collection reports, and yearly budget plans.
  • Provide updates on market shifts and competitors' activities; participate in management strategic policy-making processes.
  • Work closely with the sales team to accomplish assigned tasks and company objectives.
  • Travel for regional sales and product meetings as required.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in kitchen appliances or consumer electronics, handling both traditional and modern trade/project sales.
  • Proven experience in leading a sales team to drive sales from planning to closing, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in Chinese for liaising with Chinese-speaking customers and business associates.
  • Strong reporting, administrative writing, Microsoft Office, planning and execution, and negotiation skills.
  • Passionate and driven to achieve targets.
