Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks an HR Executive to manage employment contracts and employee data. You will advise employees on HR inquiries and ensure compliance within the organization. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Human Resources and has at least 2 years of relevant work experience. This role offers the opportunity to support various HR functions, contributing positively to the workforce development and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of HR work experience.
- Ability to advise employees on various HR matters.
- Experience in preparing employment contracts and managing employee data.
Responsibilities
- Prepare employment contracts and collect employment-related documents.
- Update and maintain employee data for accuracy and compliance.
- Advise employees on leave balances and liaise with Payroll.
Skills
Education
- Prepare employment contracts, collect employment‑related documents, work pass application; and arrange staff passes, pre‑employment medical check‑up and apparel for new hires, etc.
- Advise employees on leave balances, liaise with Payroll for final payments and work pass cancellation, etc.
- Address and resolve employment‑related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Update and maintain employee data on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as required to support the business and employee needs.
- Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of HR work experience
