Job summary
A leading retail company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Supervisor to oversee a team of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and strong client relationships. Responsibilities include evaluating sales skills, providing coaching, managing KPIs, and executing marketing plans. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the retail or beauty industry, and must possess strong leadership and people management skills. This position requires flexibility for retail hours and shift work.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the retail/beauty industry.
- Able to work retail hours / shift work.
- Possess strong leadership and team motivation skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships.
- Monitor and assist sales staff development with coaching.
