- Lead and direct nursing services to ensure excellent clinical standards and patient safety ✅
- Oversee daily nursing operations, manpower planning, and workforce development 📊
- Drive clinical governance, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance 🏥
- Mentor, coach, and develop nursing leaders and teams 🌱
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to enhance resident outcomes 🤝
- Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) licence 🪪
- Proven leadership experience in a nursing home or senior nursing role 🏡
