Responsibilities

• Operating and promoting a few working onsite and implementing company requirements and legal regulations.
• Conducting site inspections, placing orders, receiving, and distributing materials to specified sections for future work.
• Recommending repairs, supervising the maintenance of tools and equipment, and determining work procedures.
• Planning the hiring of contract equipment and operators to assure proper utilization.
• Interpreting, implementing, and enforcing regulatory requirements related to safety, environmental, and industry standards.
• Conducting risk assessments, delivering tool‑box talks/briefings, and preparing reports on project time and equipment.
• Interpreting plans, blueprints, and sketches of proposed structures in terms of relevant specifications.
• Organizing and monitoring the work of subcontractors onsite, ensuring the completion of works on time and within budget.
