Zusammenfassung
A technology solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD specialist. The candidate will implement and configure the ServiceNow HRSD platform based on business requirements. Responsibilities include collaborating with HR and IT teams, designing workflows, and providing ongoing support and training. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or IT and 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD are required. The ideal candidate must be proficient in problem-solving and have strong communication skills.
Qualifikationen
- 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Proficient in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
Aufgaben
- Implement and configure the ServiceNow HRSD platform based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Design and develop workflows, forms, and reports within the ServiceNow HRSD environment.
- Lead the solution design for HRSD implementations, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Deliver training sessions and develop user documentation to maximize platform adoption.
- Stay current with ServiceNow HRSD updates and best practices.
