A recruitment agency for luxury brands seeks an HR Manager in Singapore to lead recruitment efforts and partner with retail leadership. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail, with a strong track record in high-volume hiring and talent pipeline building. This role requires excellent English communication, experience across Southeast Asia, and the ability to travel up to 30%. The HR Manager will serve as a trusted business partner to the SEA General Manager and retail leadership, leading key people initiatives that enhance talent capability, elevate luxury retail culture, and drive sustainable business performance across multiple SEA markets.
Lead full-cycle recruitment for SEA retail and corporate roles, ensuring speed, quality and brand culture alignment.
Partner with store leadership and hiring managers to forecast workforce needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience suitable for high-end luxury retail.
Manage recruitment agencies and sourcing channels, optimizing cost and hiring efficiency.
Drive talent market intelligence and benchmarking insights across SEA markets.
Serve as trusted HR advisor to SEA leadership on people strategies and organizational issues.
Support performance management, succession planning and leadership capability building.
Ensure strong employee relations and risk management across multiple SEA jurisdictions.
Support C&B reviews and ensure market competitiveness in each country.
Promote culture, engagement, onboarding, and retention initiatives for retail teams.
Deliver HR analytics and insights for decision-making and productivity improvement.
Lead policy implementation and regional HR projects aligned with business plans.
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / related fields.
8–12 years of combined TA & HRBP experience in luxury / fashion retail / premium consumerindustries.
Strong track record in high-volume retail hiringand talent pipeline building.
Regional experience across Southeast Asia is strongly preferred.
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management capability.
Hands-on, fast-paced, and solutions-driven.
Excellent communication in English; other SEA languages are advantageous.
Able to travel up to 30%within SEA.
