Contract Manager (1 year contract/Tender/Pricing/Central)
Job summary
A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to handle tender pricing and project budget management. The ideal candidate has over 12 years of experience, leading negotiations and ensuring compliance on contracts exceeding $100 million. Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in similar positions.
- Proficient in Standard Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS).
- Experience in projects with contract value in excess of $100 million.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and draft official correspondences to stakeholders.
- Participate and/or lead commercial negotiation.
- Monitor and manage project budget, contract revenue and cash flow.
- Manage and ensure contractual compliance and conformance.
Skills
Initiate and draft official correspondences to stakeholders.

- Must have proven track records in handling tender costing and pricing for residential, warehouse, factory and institution.
Proficient in Standard Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS)
Knowledge in contract law, SOP Act and dispute resolution.
Background in Quantity Surveying.
Experience in project with contract value in excess of $100 million.
