A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to handle tender pricing and project budget management. The ideal candidate has over 12 years of experience, leading negotiations and ensuring compliance on contracts exceeding $100 million. Initiate and draft official correspondences to stakeholders.
Participate and/or lead commercial negotiation.
Monitor and manager project budget, contract revenue and cash flow.
Manage and ensure contractual compliance and conformance.
Proficient in Standard Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS)
Knowledge in contract law, SOP Act and dispute resolution.
Background in Quantity Surveying.
Experience in project with contract value in excess of $100 million.
