Job summary
A leading banking institution in Singapore is seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in lending to small and medium enterprises. The role involves reading credit approvals, drafting loan documents, and liaising with relationship managers for better accuracy. The ideal applicant will have strong organizational and writing skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in lending to small and medium-sized enterprises.
- Meticulous and well-organized with strong planning skills.
- Proficient writing skills essential.
Responsibilities
- Read credit approvals and note clauses for drafting of loan agreements.
- Verify information in credit approvals through system inquiries.
- Draft loans and required attachments for review.
- Liaise with Relationship Managers for drafting assistance.
- Prepare and check reports as assigned.
- Assist with other administrative duties.

- Reads credit approvals and note all required clauses for drafting of LO.
- Performs system enquiries to verify the information in credit approvals
- Drafts LO as a maker together with required attachments (e.g. Board Resolutions, Fire Insurance forms, etc) for checking by checkers
- Liaises with Relationship Managers on matters relating to drafting of LO / letters
- Progress to become checker to check draft LO prepared by makers
- Assists in preparing or checking reports
- Assists in other administrative duties assigned by the Team Leader and/or Division Head.
- A recognized tertiary education with at least 5 years of relevant experience and good knowledge of lending to small and medium-sized enterprises
- Meticulous with good organizational / planning skills
- Good writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
