  • Prepare and check reports as assigned.
  • Assist with other administrative duties.

Job Description
  • Reads credit approvals and note all required clauses for drafting of LO.
  • Performs system enquiries to verify the information in credit approvals
  • Drafts LO as a maker together with required attachments (e.g. Board Resolutions, Fire Insurance forms, etc) for checking by checkers
  • Liaises with Relationship Managers on matters relating to drafting of LO / letters
  • Progress to become checker to check draft LO prepared by makers
  • Assists in preparing or checking reports
  • Assists in other administrative duties assigned by the Team Leader and/or Division Head.
Requirements
  • A recognized tertiary education with at least 5 years of relevant experience and good knowledge of lending to small and medium-sized enterprises
  • Meticulous with good organizational / planning skills
  • Good writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
