Working Days / Hours: 5 Days work (9am to 5pm)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Operations & Scheduling
- Prepare and update daily work schedules for cleaning teams
- Coordinate manpower deployment based on site requirements and operational needs
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and daily job assignments
- Assist in coordinating special cleaning projects or emergency tasks
2. Job Tracking & Reporting
- Track daily job progress and ensure cleaning tasks are completed as scheduled
- Prepare job completion reports, service checklists, submit reports to relevant departments
3. Staff Coordination & Communication
- Assist in day-to-day communication with cleaners and supervisors
- Assist in resolving minor operational issues and escalating when necessary
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Head / In-Charge
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder (No formal IT qualification required but should be IT savvy and have basic knowledge of computers.)
- Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Organised, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Available to handle emergency matters via phone on weekends when required.
