Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan focused on demand generation for our SaaS B2B product.
• Define and orchestrate all strategic marketing plans, content, thought leadership and digital marketing initiatives for the RegASK brand, products and services across all channels (email, social, SEO, paid advertising, PR, conferences) in line with strategic objectives
• Work closely with clients, managers, creatives, content providers, and distribution partners to create effective initiatives to grow and convert the audience for our products and services
• Collaborate with business team to identify and segment target audiences and develop impactful digital campaigns for new and existing products
• Track and analyse key performance metrics, competitors, campaign results, and consumer trends; translate findings into actionable insights around strategy, content and cadence in order to optimize marketing initiatives.
• Manage and grow prospect database
• Work collaboratively with the commercial team to develop impactful joint initiatives and materials to enable their sales efforts.
• Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals
• Create a solid network of external executional partners enabling the company to scale its marketing efforts.
  
  

Requirements

• Min 8 years of experience in both strategic and digital marketing, with a focus on inbound marketing and demand generation for tech-enabled B2B products
• Proven track record in senior marketing role encompassing planning, full funnel campaign creation, tracking and refinement with demonstrable results in building business
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Successful experience in leveraging digital marketing channels (email, content marketing, social media marketing, PPC advertising, and SEO) to drive brand engagement and conversion.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interrogate data and make data-driven decisions
• Self-starter with high level of autonomy, comfortable working in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment across multiple time zones
• Ability to work efficiently and respectfully with multi-cultural global team across functions and departments.
• Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree from a recognized University in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
