Job description
Responsibilities
  1. To prepare accurate and concise GL reconciliation for cashless trips transactions for 3 entities.
  2. To ensure Cashless Balance Sheet schedules are upkeep and maintain on a timely basis.
  3. Prepare and submit timely monthly schedules to internal and external parties.
  4. Provide system improvement suggestions related to Integrated Billing System (IBS) and cashless trips transactions.
  5. Provide guidance and assist billing department for any enhancements and new products in IBS.
  6. Provide support and liaise with various departments for any issues raised. To highlight any issues to the Accounts Executive/ Manager when necessary.
  7. Prepare the necessary cashless journals and timely submission for month end closing.
  8. Monitor the daily upload file for various products from IBS.
  9. Generate daily upload trip report from IBS.
  10. Generate IBS reports monthly.
  11. To assist & to perform other duties and project assignments or tasks assigned by the supervisor/ Head of Department.
  12. Cover other GL staff duties during staff absence.
Requirements
  • 5 years and above, with GST knowledge.
  • Accounting knowledge with an eye for details.
  • Able to multi task, handle high volumes of transactions and reconciliations.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous, positive attitude, independent and service oriented.
