Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and upholding operational excellence in a premium or luxury retail setting. The successful candidate will possess expertise in retail strategy, visual merchandising, team leadership, and customer-centric practices.Your responsibilities will include developing and executing retail growth strategies, managing sales targets and performance metrics, leading and training a team of managers and staff, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing daily operations, maintaining brand consistency through visual merchandising, collaborating on marketing initiatives, and driving profitability.To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. You must have a minimum of 10 years of retail experience, including 4-5 years in a leadership role within jewellery, luxury, or fashion retail.
