Job Function & Skills
You will be responsible for attracting new recruitment partners and managing current ones to meet their hiring needs. You should be able to propose digitalized recruitment solutions to enhance workplace productivity by referring candidates from our upskilled local talent pool. Your role includes managing recruitment initiatives such as branding, outreach, networking, shortlisting, selection, and hiring. Daily activities involve lead generation, sales engagement, and account management.
Team Structure
You will report directly to the Talent Head and collaborate with peers in learning delivery and digital marketing to implement your go-to-market strategies.
Job Mission
Your target will be hiring companies to develop new digital capabilities in omni-channel marketing, tech-enabled operations, intelligent business, and secured modern workplaces. You will also target digital enterprise segments offering total talent solutions, including talent acquisition, contingent workforce, talent incubation, and development consulting. Providing career consultation and development advisory to candidates, sourcing suitable candidates, and matching them to job specifications and client requirements will be part of your responsibilities.
