Responsibilities

• Lead the legal team according to management directives and business needs.
• Provide legal advice on matters related to commodity trading, overseas project development, and corporate mergers & acquisitions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents to manage legal risks.
• Liaise with external law firms and coordinate domestic and international legal matters.
• Support management with other legal and compliance‑related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
• At least 7 years of relevant legal experience; prior exposure to corporate legal work or law firms is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and contract law, as well as international trade regulations; experience in M&A and legal matters related to engineering projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with the legal and regulatory environment in Southeast Asia is preferred.
